and you freak your self out about stuff you can`t control and what you can control. :( sometimes I think about animal abuse and how i`m to afraid to change it and all that other stuff than I remember there are other people doing their part and I can do mine

OH MY GOD. You have officially depicted what happens to me when I can't sleep! Except, the words in my head are a little more to the 'death' side of things.
In fact, one night, I was so scared that I was going to lose my family and pets that I stayed up until 3:00 grooming my dogs and ferrets. I even checked in on Momma...
Yeah, keeping my personal life to myself now.
Sorry.
